First, by e-mail, let us know the size of a doll, the state of damage, etc.
When you send us the doll to be repaired, be sure to enclose the list of bad parts. We will give you an approximate repair cost and a delivery date. If you send us photos of the doll by e-mail or mail, we will be able to provide you with more accurate estimate of the repair cost.

※The estimate is a rough amount. Please note that the repair cost and delivery date may change depending on the degree of repair and other things after we see the actual doll.

Pack the doll and send to the following address. When packing, be careful that the doll doesn’t move in a box. If you put the doll in a paper box, use a box with enough space. A tiny paper box may cause loss of shape.

■About Payment

Bank Transfer

※If the repair cost is 30,000 yen or more, a 10% deposit will be charged when you conclude a repair contract.

● If the repair cost is 30,000 yen or more, after you concluded a repair contract, transfer a deposit of 10% of the total payments quickly.
●The rest of the costs must be paid after the repair is completed. We will send the repaired doll as soon as we receive payment.
● The transfer fee will be paid by the customer.

■About Delivery

(Remarks)
● You are responsible for sending the doll to us.
● If there are any accidents such as damage during delivery, please contact us.
● A return shipping fee (prepayment) and packing costs will be charged.

※There’s no help for calculating a return shipping fee and packing costs before repair.
We will send the repaired doll at our expense after repair, and we will charge you a return
shipping fee, packing costs and repair costs at the same time.

■About Consumption Tax

● Tax Rate: 10%
● Calculation Order: Consumption tax is calculated for the total repair costs.
● Fractions of the Tax Less Than 1 Yen: Rounded Off

■About cancellations

If you want to cancel the repair because you don’t meet your requests, we will send your doll cash on delivery.
In addition, we will charge you packing costs separately. Please pay it into our bank account after the doll arrive.
● We will inform you of a payee when we send the doll.
● No cancellations will be accepted after you confirm an estimation and sign your name to
a written consent.

Notes
We do not guarantee a complete restoration to the original condition (before repairs, restorations, etc.), so please note the following when ordering repairs.
1.The overall impression given by the doll's surface coloring, tinting, texture, detailed shape, and facial expression after repair may differ from the condition of the doll when it was new.
2.Some materials and paints are not available today, so we may have to use alternatives or substitutes. In addition, we may not be able to completely reproduce the proportions of ingredients such as gohun (whitewash) as the time the doll was made.
3.Regarding the repair of kimono and other items that comes with the dolls, we will explain the details of the repair to you at the time of estimate after hearing your request. If fabrics that are not available today is used, the color, pattern, and texture of the kimono, etc. may differ after repair.
4.Parts that come with the dolls

(1) Repair, renewal, replacement, etc. of accessories, folding screens, bonbori (paper lanterns), sakura tachibana (floral decorations), ozen-ware (tableware), hina-tools, and other items for hina-ningyo (dolls for the Girl’s Festival)

(2) Repair, renewal, replacement, etc. of accessories, folding screens, paper lanterns, armor, chests, hardware, plating, ryuzu (dragon ornament), and other items for gogatsu-ningyo (samurai dolls for the Boy’s Festival)

(3) For other dolls, we will explain the details of the repair at the time of estimate after hearing your request. We may have to repair the doll using materials available at the time of repair, so the coloring, detailed shape, etc. may differ after repair.
We will only accept repair orders from those who have read and understood all of the above.
