■The doll’s face is especially delicate, so make sure there are no large foreign objects on it

※Don’t touch the doll’s face with your bare hands.
If there is a foreign object on the doll’s face, you can simply remove it, but do not force it.

■Cover the doll’s face with a soft cloth (non-woven fabric, tissue, etc.). When using adhesive tape such as cellophane tape, be careful not to get the doll’s hair or kimono stuck to it.
■If the doll’s hands or feet are directly exposed, cover them as well. However, fingertips and other parts of the body are fragile, so you can just cover them only in a bag.

■Cover the doll further with a towel or bubble wrap over the soft cloth.
※Do not cover the doll’s face directly with bubble wrap.If so, static electricity may cause the doll’s face to get dirty even more.

■Cover the whole doll with a furoshiki, non-woven cloth, and the like.
■Cover further with a towel or bubble wrap over it.
We will return the furoshiki with the repaired doll. However, please note that packing materials and the like cannot be returned.

■Use a cardboard box that is slightly larger than the doll.
■Spread packing (flyer, bubble wrap, etc.) at the bottom of the box.
■Fill the gaps with packing not to move the doll, and spread packing over the doll as well.　
■We are using bubble wrap as packing in the reference example.
When using newspapers as packing, make sure that it does not touch the doll directly.
※If hina-ningyo (dolls for the Girl’s Festival) have princess or lord crowns, use a box that is deep enough to prevent from changing the shape of the crowns.
※The cardboard box will be damaged due to an invoice and stickers such as “FRAGILE”. If you want to use the box as a case for the doll, we recommend that you use another box.

■Close the box and put the shipping company’s stickers such as "FRAGILE” and “HANDLE WITH CARE” to each side of the box.
